Dylan tne owner is very personable and very detailed. From the very start spent time with me deciding the color and texture of the material being used. The start of the job on time and completed to my satisfaction, including clean up, complete and neatly done in two days. I realize roof sizes vary but this was a 36 square job. That is 3600 square feet. Nice work Dylan.

Dylan, the owner came out right away within an hour of contacting him about roof damage to our home. A FB post caught my attention several days ago from Dylan’s company, DryTop Roofing. We recently closed on a ‘new to us’ home and the pre-close inspector noted roof damage, some of which could require significant repair or replacement of the roof entirely. Dylan came to our home and examined the roof, taking many pics.
In the end, he told us we’ve likely got another 5 years left with the existing roof!! He gave suggestions on caulking some areas to further maximize its life.
Obviously, we’ll be in contact with Dylan in the future!
